Specifically, the magnetic powder comprises first magnetic powder and second magnetic powder; the molecular formula of the first magnetic powder is SrO.mFe2O3, and m is equal to 5.0 to 6.0; the molecular formula of the second magnetic powder is (Sr1-xLax) O.n (Fe1-yZny) 2O3, n = 5.4-6.5, x is more than or equal to 0.05 and less than or equal to 0.5, and y is more than or equal to 0.05 and less than or equal to 0.5; and the particle size ranges of the first magnetic powder and the second magnetic powder are respectively limited. Two main phase components and magnetic powder combinations with different particle sizes are matched, so that the composite rolled ferrite magnetic powder has high compression density, the residual magnetism of a rolled magnet manufactured by the magnetic powder is greater than or equal to 280mT, the coercive force of the rolled magnet is greater than 270kA/m, the requirement of high performance of a motor is met, and the composite rolled ferrite magnetic powder has a wide application prospect.
本发明提供了一种轧制永磁铁氧体磁粉及其制备方法和应用,涉及永磁铁氧体技术领域。具体而言,磁粉包括第一磁粉和第二磁粉;第一磁粉的分子式为SrO·mFe2O3,m=5.0~6.0;第二磁粉的分子式为(Sr1‑xLax)O·n(Fe1‑yZny)2O3,n=5.4~6.5,0.05≤x≤0.5,0.05≤y≤0.5;且分别限定有第一磁粉和第二磁粉的粒度范围。本发明通过采用两种主相成分和粒度分别不同磁粉组合进行搭配,能够实现复合轧制铁氧体磁粉具有高压缩密度,通过本发明的磁粉制造的轧制磁体的剩磁大于等于280mT,矫顽力大于270kA/m,满足了电机高性能化的要求,具有广阔的应用前景。
