Comprising the steps that S1, the range, needing to be broken, of the top of the pool wall is determined, the positions of expansion bolt holes are determined in advance, and punching is conducted; s2, two plates are selected, and expansion bolt mounting holes corresponding to the expansion bolt holes are formed in the peripheries of the plates; s3, the plates are hoisted to the corresponding positions of the pool wall and installed and fixed through expansion bolts; s4, breaking and removing concrete of the broken and removed part of the pool wall according to requirements, and cleaning up concrete disintegrating slag; s5, steel structure bolts are pre-buried between the two plates, and concrete pouring is conducted; s6, after the strength of the concrete reaches the standard, the plates are dismantled, and expansion bolt holes in the pool wall are repaired; according to the construction method for wrapping the broken pool wall with the plate, operation is easy, concrete disintegrating slag is not prone to falling off, meanwhile, the plate can directly replace a formwork, and the construction efficiency is improved.
