The invention discloses an inorganic artificial stone as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The inorganic artificial stone comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of cement; 2-4 parts of a filler; 3-5 parts of modified waste slurry; 1-2 parts of a water reducing agent; 1-2 parts of water; 50 to 70 parts of fine sand aggregate; 3-5 parts of a polymer emulsion; 0.1 to 0.3 part of a thickening agent; the modified waste slurry is obtained by acidizing carbon dioxide. A carbon dioxide acidification technology is adopted to modify the waste slurry and add a specific content, so that on one hand, a process of grinding and drying the waste slurry is avoided, and energy required by heating during drying and grinding is reduced; and on the other hand, the modified waste slurry and the raw materials of the inorganic artificial stone are prepared again, the waste slurry can be prevented from polluting the environment, energy is saved, high-quality utilization of the waste slurry is completed, and the modified waste slurry does not affect the color and the mechanical property of the inorganic artificial stone plate.
本发明公开了一种无机人造石及其制备方法和应用,包括如下按重量份计算的制备原料:水泥20~30份;填料2~4份;改性废浆3~5份;减水剂1~2份;水1~2份;细砂骨料50~70份;高分子乳液3~5份;增稠剂0.1~0.3份;所述改性废浆由二氧化碳酸化处理得到。本发明采用二氧化碳酸化技术对废浆进行改性以及特定含量的添加,一方面避免废浆需要磨粉烘干的工艺,减少烘干磨粉时加热所需的能源。另一方面,将改性的废浆与无机人造石的原料重新制备,可以避免废浆污染环境,节约能源,完成废浆的高质化利用,且改性废浆不会影响无机人造石板的花色和无机人造石板的力学性能。
