The invention discloses a method for mounting and replacing a large-tonnage double-curved-surface spherical support, which comprises the following steps of: integrally moving a replacement support, and enabling upper seat plate bolt holes in an upper seat plate of the replacement support to directly face lower chord bolt holes of a steel truss girder one by one; a temporary positioning rod penetrates into the upper base plate bolt hole and the lower chord bolt hole, and temporary positioning connection of the upper base plate and the steel truss girder is achieved; a support limiting plate of the replacement support is removed, and a lower seat plate of the replacement support is pulled, so that lower seat plate anchor bolt holes in the lower seat plate directly face padstone anchor bolt holes one by one; anchoring parts penetrate into the lower base plate anchor bolt holes and the padstone anchor bolt holes, formwork erecting and grouting are conducted, and connection of the lower base plate and the padstone is achieved after the strength reaches the standard; and the steel truss girder falls to the lower chord member to be connected with the upper seat plate, and the upper seat plate bolt holes are bolted with the lower chord member bolt holes, so that the connection between the upper seat plate and the steel truss girder is realized. The invention aims to solve the problem that the support cannot be synchronously aligned with the padstone and the bolt hole of the steel truss girder bridge due to the displacement of the steel truss girder bridge under the influence of temperature.
本发明公开了一种大吨位双曲面球型支座安装置换方法,将替换支座整体移动,使替换支座的上座板上的上座板螺栓孔与钢桁梁的下弦杆螺栓孔一一正对;将临时定位杆穿入上座板螺栓孔与下弦杆螺栓孔,实现上座板与钢桁梁的临时定位连接;解除替换支座的支座限位板,牵引替换支座的下座板,使下座板上的下座板锚栓孔与垫石锚栓孔一一正对;将锚固件穿入下座板锚栓孔和垫石锚栓孔,支模灌浆,强度达标后实现下座板与垫石的连接;将钢桁梁落顶至下弦杆与上座板相接,将上座板螺栓孔与下弦杆螺栓孔栓接,实现上座板与钢桁梁的连接。本发明的其目的在于解决由于温度影响下钢桁梁桥位移导致的支座与垫石和钢桁梁桥螺栓孔无法同步对位。
