The invention provides a construction method of a deep foundation pit concrete tank chamber in a severe cold area, which comprises the following steps of: a, dividing the deep foundation pit into a plurality of construction sections along the vertical direction according to the depth of a to-be-excavated concrete tank chamber foundation pit; b, earthwork of the uppermost construction section is excavated firstly; c, the pit wall of the excavated construction section foundation pit is trimmed to serve as an outer side formwork of the construction section concrete tank chamber wall, and then an inner side formwork, a bottom formwork and a formwork support are erected; d, concrete is poured into the pouring cavity; meanwhile, excavation construction of a lower adjacent construction section is conducted; e, after the concrete tank chamber wall of the upper construction section is solidified, the formwork and the formwork support of the concrete tank chamber wall of the previous construction section are dismantled; f, the steps c-e are repeated until the pouring work of the whole concrete tank chamber wall is completed, and finally the tank bottom of the concrete tank chamber is poured; and g, the edge of the prefabricated tank top is connected with the top of the tank chamber wall. The construction method is short in construction period, easy in thermal insulation construction and low in construction cost.
