The invention relates to a construction method of a concrete tank chamber. A wall board of the concrete tank chamber is firstly constructed, and then a top cover of the concrete tank chamber is constructed; the top cover of the concrete tank chamber is formed by splicing multiple prestressed concrete sector prefabricated plates on site, a steel connecting end is arranged at the first end of each sector prefabricated plate, and a straight concrete connecting end is arranged at the second end of each sector prefabricated plate; during splicing, a temporary center steel barrel is mounted in the middle of the concrete chamber, and a manhole steel barrel is detachably connected to the top of the temporary center steel barrel; the first ends of the sector prefabricated plates and the outer wallof the manhole steel barrel are welded and fixed, and the welded portions are filled with grouting materials; the second ends of the sector prefabricated plates are connected with the top end of the wall board of the tank chamber; and after concrete and the grouting materials reach strength, the temporary center steel barrel is dismounted, and construction of the whole concrete tank chamber is completed. The prestressed concrete sector prefabricated plates are spliced to form the top cover of the concrete tank chamber, a temporary center steel barrel seat is adopted for supporting during splicing, and no template and scaffolding need to be erected on site.
本发明涉及一种混凝土罐室施工方法。先施工混凝土罐室壁板,然后施工混凝土罐室顶盖;所述混凝土罐室顶盖由若干预应力混凝土扇形预制板块在现场拼装而成,所述扇形预制板块的第一端设置有钢连接端,第二端设置成平直的混凝土连接端;拼装时,在混凝土室中部安装临时中心钢筒,临时中心钢筒顶部可拆卸连接有人孔钢筒;扇形预制板块的第一端与人孔钢筒外壁焊接固定,焊接部灌入灌浆料;扇形预制板块第二端与罐室壁板顶端相连接;待混凝土和灌浆料达到强度后,拆除临时中心钢筒,完成整个混凝土罐室施工。本发明采用预应力混凝土扇形预制板块拼装成混凝土罐室顶盖,拼装时采用临时中心钢筒座支撑,现场不需要支设模板和搭脚手架。
