The invention provides an aerated concrete plate and a manufacturing process method, and relates to the field of production and manufacturing of aerated concrete plates. The aerated concrete plate is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, lime powder, modified fly ash, aluminum powder, gypsum, modified red mud powder and a compound additive, the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing slurry, preheating a mold, curing and demolding, slotting and punching, and carrying out steam curing. According to the aerated concrete plate, the occurrence of edge missing and corner falling in the transfer process can be reduced, rapid alignment of adjacent plates during piling construction is facilitated, the piling stability and sealing performance are improved, and the working efficiency of piling construction is improved; by adopting the modified fly ash, the modified red mud powder and the compound additive, the compressive strength of the aerated concrete plate is improved, the volume weight and the water absorption rate are reduced, and the aerated concrete plate has excellent properties of permeability resistance, compression resistance, heat preservation and light weight.
