The invention discloses a grout leakage prevention structure for the root of a high-rise frame shear wall column and a construction method.The grout leakage prevention structure comprises a reinforcement cage and grout sealing battens, grouting formworks are arranged above the grout sealing battens respectively, side formworks are arranged between the two ends of the two grouting formworks, a plurality of secondary keels and a plurality of pairs of main keels are installed on the outer side surfaces of the grouting formworks respectively, and the secondary keels and the main keels are connected with the reinforcement cage. The pairs of main keels are in one-to-one correspondence and are respectively connected through a plurality of opposite-pulling reinforcing screw rods; a slurry sealing assembly is arranged between the slurry sealing battens and the grouting formworks and comprises steel pipes arranged at the bottom ends of the secondary keels on the outer sides of the two grouting formworks in a penetrating mode and angle steel plates arranged at the right-angle included angles of the slurry sealing battens between the bottom ends of the adjacent secondary keels and the grouting formworks, and the two ends of the two steel pipes are connected through a connecting assembly. A plurality of mounting holes are evenly formed in each steel pipe in a penetrating mode, and a fastening assembly is connected into each mounting hole. Slurry can be effectively prevented from overflowing during pouring of the shear wall, and construction time and cost are saved.
本发明公开了一种高层框架剪力墙柱根部的防漏浆结构及施工方法,防漏浆结构包括钢筋笼和封浆木条,封浆木条上方分别设有注浆模板,两个注浆模板两端之间设有侧模板,各注浆模板外侧表面分别安装有多个次龙骨和多对主龙骨,各对主龙骨一一对应并分别通过多个对拉加固螺杆相连接;封浆木条与注浆模板之间设有封浆组件,封浆组件包括分别贯穿设置在两个注浆模板外侧次龙骨底端的钢管和各相邻次龙骨底端之间封浆木条与注浆模板直角夹角处的角钢板,两个钢管两端之间连接组件相连,各钢管上分别均匀贯穿安装有多个安装孔,各安装孔中连接有紧固组件。应用本发明可有效防止剪力墙浇筑时泥浆溢出,节经施工时间和成本。
