The invention discloses a short-term temporary reinforcing device for an ancient tower, and the device comprises a main body assembly which comprises an arranged ground and a wall body connected to the side edge of the ground; the reinforcing assembly comprises an upper fixing plate fixed to the top of the wall through expansion screws, a lower fixing plate movably connected to the bottom of the wall, a controllable supporting groove movably connected to the lower fixing plate, a plurality of square steel pipes rotationally connected between the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate in a staggered mode, and a positioning groove formed in the lower surface of the lower fixing plate. The reinforcing assembly and the main body assembly are matched for use, when the ancient tower receives a signal fed back by an earthquake sensor, a motor is started, a controllable supporting groove is opened, a lower fixing plate moves downwards to the ground and is clamped on a positioning column, meanwhile, a plurality of groups of square steel pipes are driven to rotate and move downwards, and the device and a wall body form common earthquake-resistant full force; and when not in use, the top of the wall body is retracted, so that the use of the ancient tower and the overall attractive effect are not influenced.
