The invention provides a reactive powder concrete product and a preparation method thereof. The concrete product comprises 406-606 parts of superfine cement; 137 to 337 parts of superfine rare earth tailing powder; 87 parts to 287 parts of silica fume; 1351 to 1751 parts of quartz sand; 80 to 120 parts of basalt fiber; 18 to 22 parts of an additive; and 160 to 170 parts of water. Through the mechanical properties of the superfine rare earth tailing powder and the components, the material consumption is reduced, so that the reactive powder concrete product has very high compressive strength and excellent breaking strength and shows considerable tensile property, and the extremely high strength of the reactive powder concrete product is beneficial to reducing the self-weight and the section size of the structure, so that the service life of the reactive powder concrete product is prolonged. The active powder concrete prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has very small internal porosity and low material defects, so that the active powder concrete has excellent durability such as chloride ion permeation resistance, carbonization resistance, corrosion resistance, permeability resistance, freezing resistance and wear resistance, and further has excellent impact resistance.
本发明提供一种活性粉末混凝土制品及其制备方法,混凝土制品包括超细水泥406份~606份;超细稀土尾矿粉137份~337份;硅灰87份~287份;石英砂1351份~1751份;玄武岩纤维80份~120份;外加剂18份~22份;水160份~170份。本发明通过超细稀土尾矿粉及各组份的力学性能,减少材料用量,使得活性粉末混凝土制品拥有很高的抗压强度以及优异的抗折强度,并呈现出可观的抗拉性能,其极高的强度有利于降低结构自重和截面尺寸,进而使得活性粉末混凝土内部孔隙率很小,材料缺陷低,所以有着优良的抗氯离子渗透、抗碳化、抗腐蚀、抗渗、抗冻及耐磨等耐久性,进而使得活性粉末混凝土还具有优异的抗冲击性能。
