The invention discloses a connecting method for an ultra-long and ultra-high infilled wall constructional column and a roof steel structure truss. The problem of how to construct an ultra-high and ultra-long secondary structure infilled wall reliably connected with a roof is solved. After a primary structure concrete frame and a roof steel structure truss of the venue are completed and a left side infilled wall masonry and a right side infilled wall masonry are constructed, a pre-pouring space of a secondary structure constructional column is arranged between the left side infilled wall masonry and the right side infilled wall masonry; a one-time pouring system of a pre-poured secondary structure constructional column and a pre-poured concrete coping cross beam is constructed, the I-shaped steel cross beam is horizontally arranged and pre-embedded in a pouring space of the concrete coping cross beam, and the I-shaped steel cross beam is formed by one-time pouring of cast-in-place concrete of the beam and the column. The T-shaped concrete beam column connecting structure with the semi-embedded horizontal I-shaped steel cross beam is formed, the roof steel structure truss is connected with the I-shaped steel cross beam in a welded mode, and the stability and the shock resistance of the whole masonry are guaranteed.
