The invention relates to the technical field of dielectric materials, in particular to a multi-element rare earth doped modified bismuth ferrite-based ceramic and a preparation method thereof, a standard solid-phase reaction sintering method is adopted, and the process comprises the steps of material drying, weighing according to a correct stoichiometric ratio, burdening, ball milling, drying, sieving, tabletting to obtain a BiFeO3-based ceramic green body, and finally sintering at the high temperature of 900 DEG C to obtain the ceramic. The ceramic shows good ferroelectricity and magnetism and has excellent magnetoelectric coupling, meanwhile, the preparation method is easy to implement, and mass production can be achieved.
本发明涉及电介质材料技术领域,具体涉及一种多元稀土掺杂改性铁酸铋基陶瓷及其制备方法,采用标准固相反应烧结法,其过程包括烘料、按照正确的化学计量比称重、配料、球磨、烘干、过筛、压片,得到BiFeO3基陶瓷生坯,最后在900℃的高温烧结成瓷。该陶瓷表现出良好的铁电性、磁性,且具有优异的磁电耦合,同时该制备方法实施简单、可大批量制作。
