The invention provides a rare earth element doped Z-type ferrite material and a preparation method thereof, the Z-type ferrite material comprises the following metal elements: iron, cobalt, alkaline earth metal and rare earth metal, the alkaline earth metal comprises barium and/or strontium; the organization structure of the Z-type ferrite material is a hexagonal crystal system. According to the Z-type ferrite material, the crystal structure inside the material is improved in a rare earth metal doping mode, the magnetic performance of the material is obviously improved, and the material has high saturation magnetization; according to the preparation method, the prepared gel is subjected to a self-propagating combustion reaction to generate precursor powder, then the precursor powder and a rare earth metal source are subjected to wet ball milling, rare earth metal doping is completed through calcination, the precursor powder can be prepared in advance, time is saved, and the production efficiency is improved. The ferrite generated by the preparation method is uniform in particle size and good in crystallinity; the preparation method is low in production cost, simple in technological process, low in equipment requirement and good in industrial application prospect.
本发明提供了一种稀土元素掺杂的Z型铁氧体材料及其制备方法,所述Z型铁氧体材料的金属元素组成包括铁、钴、碱土金属和稀土金属,所述碱土金属包括钡和/或锶;所述Z型铁氧体材料的组织结构为六角晶系。本发明所述Z型铁氧体材料以稀土金属掺杂的方式改进材料内部的晶体结构,材料的磁性能明显提高,具有高饱和磁化强度;所述制备方法将制备的凝胶利用自蔓延燃烧反应生成前驱体粉末,再与稀土金属源湿法球磨,并通过煅烧完成稀土金属的掺杂,前驱体粉末能够提前制备,节省时间,提高生产效率。所述制备方法生成的铁氧体粒径均匀、结晶度好;所述制备方法生产成本低,工艺流程简单,设备要求低,具有较好的工业应用前景。
