The invention discloses a soil deformation control system based on a composite capsule. The soil deformation control system comprises a control device, a stress measuring device, a grouting device and the composite capsule. The grouting device comprises a slurry pond, a grouting pipe, an electromagnetic valve and a grouting pump. The composite capsule body is formed by combining three layers of capsule bodies with different expansion elasticity, namely a capsule body outer membrane I, a capsule body outer membrane II and a capsule body outer membrane III from outside to inside in sequence. Connecting rods distributed in the circumferential direction are arranged between the capsule outer membrane I and the capsule outer membrane II, and the shape of the capsule body is controlled by controlling the expansion degrees of the different connecting rods. In the construction process, the capsule body is filled with non-condensed slurry, so that the adjustability of the shape of the capsule body is ensured. And after the construction is completed, the non-condensed slurry is replaced by the condensed slurry, so that the stability of the structure is ensured. The expansion volume of the capsule body can be adjusted according to the real-time deformation condition of the soil body, and the stability of the expansion shape of the capsule body is guaranteed, so that the soil body deformation position and the soil body deformation amount are adjusted and controlled.
本发明公开了一种基于复合囊体的土体变形控制系统,包括控制装置、应力测量装置、注浆装置和复合囊体。注浆装置包含浆液池、注浆管、电磁阀门和注浆泵。所述复合囊体由三层扩张弹性不同的囊体组合而成,由外到内依次为:囊体外膜Ⅰ、囊体外膜Ⅱ、囊体外膜Ⅲ。囊体外膜Ⅰ与囊体外膜Ⅱ之间设置呈周向分布的连杆,通过控制不同连杆的扩张程度来控制囊体的形状。在施工过程中,采用非凝型浆液填充囊体,保证了囊体形状的可调性。在施工完成后,采用凝型浆液对非凝型浆液进行置换,保证了结构的稳定性。本发明能够根据土体的实时变形情况来调整囊体扩张体积以及保证囊体扩张形状的稳定性,以达到土体变形位置和土体变形量的调控。
