The core-shell structure lightweight aggregate comprises a core structure and a shell structure, the core structure is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.10 to 0.20 part of recycled fine aggregate, 0.25 to 0.50 part of phosphogypsum, 0.05 to 0.25 part of mineral powder, 0.04 to 0.10 part of cement, 0.01 to 0.03 part of a foaming agent, 0.03 to 0.05 part of a water reducing agent, 0.02 to 0.04 part of an exciting agent and 0.25 to 0.5 part of water; the shell structure is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.5 to 0.9 part of cement, 0.003 to 0.006 part of a water reducing agent, 0.003 to 0.006 part of a water repellent, 0.005 to 0.015 part of redispersible latex powder and 0.12 to 0.28 part of water. The core-shell structure lightweight aggregate disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high solid waste utilization rate, no need of high-temperature treatment, low water absorption and adjustable cylinder compressive strength and density range, and meanwhile, the prepared concrete does not need to be pre-wetted and is particularly suitable for pumping construction.
