The invention provides a functional slow-release core-shell lightweight aggregate and a preparation method thereof, and the functional slow-release core-shell lightweight aggregate comprises an innercore and an outer shell; wherein the mass ratio of the inner core to the outer shell is 1:1-2:1; wherein the inner core is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 65 percent to 80 percent of sludge, 10 percent to 20 percent of copper tailings, 5 percent to 10 percent of CuSO4.5H2O, 1 percent to 5 percent of KOH, and 3 percent to 8 percent of bentonite; the shell comprises thefollowing components in percentage by mass: 75%-85% of contaminated soil, 10%-15% of sludge and 5%-10% of glass powder. The sludge is used as a main raw material; copper tailings, CuSO4.5H2O and a slow-release auxiliary agent are added to prepare an inner core; then, a shell is prepared by adopting polluted soil, sludge and glass powder; the shell is coated on the inner core through a low-temperature sintering method to form a core-shell structure with different substances inside and outside and different water contents, so that on one hand, the resource utilization rate of solid wastes suchas sludge, polluted soil and copper tailings is improved, on the other hand, the excessive growth of plants can be effectively inhibited, and very important economic and environment-friendly benefitsare achieved.
本发明提供一种功能缓释型核壳轻集料及其制备方法,该功能缓释型核壳轻集料,包括内核和外壳;内核和外壳的质量比为1∶1~2∶1;按质量百分数计,内核包括以下组分:污泥:65%‑80%,铜尾矿:10%‑20%,CuSO·5HO:5%‑10%,KOH:1%‑5%,膨润土:3%‑8%;按质量百分数计,外壳包括以下组分:污染土壤:75%‑85%,污泥:10%‑15%,玻璃粉:5%‑10%。本发明采用污泥为主要原料,加入铜尾矿、CuSO·5HO和缓释助剂制备成内核,然后,采用污染土壤、污泥和玻璃粉制备成外壳,通过低温烧结的方法将外壳包覆在内核上,形成内外不同物质、不同含水量的核壳结构,一方面,提高了污泥、污染土壤和铜尾矿等固废资源化利用率,另一方面,能有效抑制植物过度生长,具有十分重要的经济、环保效益。
