Anti-freezing thermochromic organic hydrogel as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses anti-freezing thermochromic organic hydrogel as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The thermochromic organic hydrogel is prepared by reacting and cross-linking an N-isopropylacrylamide monomer and a modified monomer in a mixed system of water and polyethylene glycol under the action of a cross-linking agent, in the mixed system of the water and the polyethylene glycol, the volume ratio of the water to the polyethylene glycol is (10-1): 1; and the molecular weight range of the polyethylene glycol is 200-1000. A continuous phase adopted by the thermochromic organic hydrogel is a mixed system of water and polyethylene glycol, and polyethylene glycol can reduce the freezing point of water molecules under the hydrogen-bond action of water and polyethylene glycol, so that the freezing point of the gel is remarkably reduced, and the application range of the organic hydrogel is greatly widened.
本发明公开了一种抗冻的热致变色有机水凝胶及其制备方法和应用,热致变色有机水凝胶由N‑异丙基丙烯酰胺单体与改性单体在交联剂作用下,在水和聚乙二醇的混合体系中反应交联而成;水和聚乙二醇的混合体系中,水与聚乙二醇的体积比为10~1:1;聚乙二醇的分子量范围为200~1000。本发明的热致变色有机水凝胶采用的连续相为水与聚乙二醇的混合体系,在水与聚乙二醇的氢键作用下,聚乙二醇能够降低水分子的冰点,从而使凝胶体的冰点显著降低,极大提高了有机水凝胶的应用范围。
