The invention relates to anti-freezing concrete as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The anti-freezing concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 370 to 383 parts of cement, 50 to 62 parts of fly ash, 84 to 96 parts of mineral powder, 240 to 410 parts of natural sand, 360 to 510 parts of machine-made sand, 180 to 200 parts of stones with the particle size of 5 to 10 mm, 800 to 840 parts of stones with the particle size of 5 to 20 mm, 161 to 165 parts of water and 11.3 to 12.5 parts of an additive, the additive is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 3.5 to 4.8 percent of polycarboxylate. By optimizing the components of the anti-freezing concrete, the anti-freezing and synergistic effects are achieved, the anti-freezing and thawing performance is greatly improved, and the temperature rise value caused by cement hydration heat is reduced.
