The invention discloses a consolidating high-filtration plugging agent as well as preparation and application thereof. The formula of the plugging agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 47-50 parts of a high-porosity mineral material; 3-5 parts of a tackifying and retarding sacrificial agent; and 45-50 parts of an expandable curing agent. The plugging agent provided by the invention can realize the conversion between the consolidation performance and the high filtration performance through the temperature change in the pumping process from a non-target layer to a target layer, so that the construction safety of the plugging agent is ensured, the high filtration consolidation performance of the plugging agent when the plugging agent reaches the target layer is also ensured, and the plugging agent has a good application prospect. The method has wide application space in solving the problem of high-temperature deep well complex crack type leakage.
