The invention relates to an alternate warehouse construction system and method which are used for alternate warehouse construction of a mass concrete structure, and the mass concrete structure is divided into a plurality of alternate warehouse sections. The system comprises a first temperature measurement module, a second temperature measurement module, a third temperature measurement module and a processing module. The first temperature measuring module comprises a plurality of temperature measuring wires which are arranged in the concrete of the to-be-poured first skip section in an array mode. The second temperature measuring module comprises a plurality of temperature sensors arranged on the concrete surface of the to-be-poured first skip section in an array mode. And the third temperature measuring module is used for measuring the environment temperature of the plurality of skip sections. The processing module is in data connection with the first temperature measurement module, the second temperature measurement module and the third temperature measurement module, and obtains temperature measurement values of the first temperature measurement module, the second temperature measurement module and the third temperature measurement module.
