After the water reducing agent for the filter pressing soil is added into aggregate washing slurry, flocculation is thorough, precipitation is loose, the filtering speed is high when the deposited sludge is subjected to solid-liquid separation in a common plate-and-frame filter press, the water content of the filter pressing soil can be reduced to 15% or below, volume and amount are reduced, and transportation and subsequent treatment and utilization are facilitated.
