本发明公开了一种预制墙的生产工艺,涉及建筑工艺技术领域,旨在解决预制墙制作过程中龙骨容易倾斜的问题。其技术方案要点是:包括如下步骤,S1,调制混凝土和准备方形的片状龙骨;S2,取用顶部开口的模具,使混凝土倒入模具中,并在顶部按压入带有若干凸块的顶盖一,把多余的混凝土挤出模具,使顶盖与模具之间的混凝土为片状,等待混凝土凝固。本发明先用模具和顶盖一制成带有凹槽的外片,接着将片状龙骨顺着凹槽放入,外片此时处于凝固状态,因此片状龙骨被稳定的固定于凹槽中,不会发生下陷或倾斜,片状龙骨能够被稳定的架于预制墙的中心,从而使片状龙骨能够起到良好的支撑效果。
