According to the technical scheme, the method is characterized by comprising the following steps that S1, concrete is prepared, and a square sheet-shaped keel is prepared; s2, a mold with an opening in the top is taken, concrete is poured into the mold, a first top cover with a plurality of protruding blocks is pressed into the top, redundant concrete is extruded out of the mold, the concrete between the top cover and the mold is in a sheet shape, and the concrete is waited to be solidified; the outer piece with the groove is manufactured through the mold and the first top cover, then the sheet-shaped keel is placed along the groove, the outer piece is in a solidified state at the moment, and therefore the sheet-shaped keel is stably fixed in the groove and cannot sink or incline, and the sheet-shaped keel can be stably erected in the center of the prefabricated wall; therefore, the sheet-shaped keel can achieve a good supporting effect.
本发明公开了一种预制墙的生产工艺，涉及建筑工艺技术领域，旨在解决预制墙制作过程中龙骨容易倾斜的问题。其技术方案要点是：包括如下步骤，S1，调制混凝土和准备方形的片状龙骨；S2，取用顶部开口的模具，使混凝土倒入模具中，并在顶部按压入带有若干凸块的顶盖一，把多余的混凝土挤出模具，使顶盖与模具之间的混凝土为片状，等待混凝土凝固。本发明先用模具和顶盖一制成带有凹槽的外片，接着将片状龙骨顺着凹槽放入，外片此时处于凝固状态，因此片状龙骨被稳定的固定于凹槽中，不会发生下陷或倾斜，片状龙骨能够被稳定的架于预制墙的中心，从而使片状龙骨能够起到良好的支撑效果。
