The method comprises the following steps: performing four-step three-dimensional rectangular weaving on carbon filaments to obtain a three-dimensional woven preform; the prefabricated body is subjected to resin film infiltration forming, and a plate blank is obtained; and the plate blank is sequentially subjected to carbonization, chemical vapor deposition densification and machining, and the carbon-carbon three-dimensional woven composite PECVD bearing frame is obtained. According to the method, automatic forming of the prefabricated body is achieved through the four-step three-dimensional weaving technology, the production efficiency of products can be improved, the stability of the product quality can be guaranteed, in addition, the RFI technology is adopted, energy consumption can be effectively reduced, and the cost can be effectively reduced. Meanwhile, the PECVD bearing frame prepared by the method is low in density and excellent in mechanical property.
本发明涉及PECVD承载框技术领域,提供了一种碳碳三维编织复合材料PECVD承载框及其自动化成型的制备方法。本发明将碳丝进行四步法三维矩形编织,得到三维编织预制体;将所述预制体进行树脂膜溶渗成型,得到板坯;将板坯依次进行碳化、化学气相沉积增密和机加工,得到碳碳三维编织复合材料PECVD承载框。本发明通过四步法三维编织技术实现预制体的自动化成型,既能提高产品的生产效率,又能保证产品质量的稳定性,另外采用RFI工艺,能有效降低能耗,降低成本。同时,本发明制备的PECVD承载框密度低,力学性能优异。
