The invention relates to the technical field of cement, and discloses a cement material based on recovered barium slag and a preparation method thereof.Barium chloride obtained through extraction and recovery of the barium slag is used as a raw material, and a side chain of hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile fiber contains a large number of carboxyl groups which can be complexed with Ba < 2 + > of the barium chloride, so that the cement material is prepared; ba < 2 + > is uniformly loaded on the surface of the polyacrylonitrile fiber and then reacts with sodium sulfate, so that in-situ generation of nano barium sulfate on the surface of the polyacrylonitrile fiber is realized. The barium sulfate nanoparticles have good interface compatibility with inorganic components such as silicate in cement and river sand matrixes, so that the interface performance between the polyacrylonitrile fibers and the cement and river sand matrixes is improved, polyacrylonitrile has a better reinforcing effect, and the mechanical strength such as compressive strength and breaking strength of the cement material is remarkably improved.
本发明涉及水泥技术领域,且公开了一种基于回收钡渣的水泥材料及其制备方法,本发明以钡渣提取回收得到的氯化钡作为原料,水解聚丙烯腈纤维的侧链含有大量的羧基,可以与氯化钡的Ba2+发生络合作用,将Ba2+均匀的负载到聚丙烯腈纤维表面,然后再与硫酸钠进行反应,实现了在聚丙烯腈纤维表面原位生成纳米硫酸钡。硫酸钡纳米粒子与水泥、河沙基体中的硅酸盐等无机组分之间有很好的界面相容性,从而改善了聚丙烯腈纤维与水泥、河沙基体之间的界面性能,使聚丙烯腈起到更好的增强效果,显著提高了水泥材料的抗压强度、抗折强度等力学强度。
