Piping treatment structure and method for foundation pit support
The invention provides a piping treatment structure for foundation pit supporting, which comprises a plurality of leaking stoppage devices arranged on a waterproof curtain at set intervals, each leaking stoppage device is mounted on a piping leakage point position with larger seepage flow, and a plurality of piping leakage point positions with smaller seepage flow between any two adjacent leaking stoppage devices are plugged; each leaking stoppage device comprises an L-shaped drainage pipe, a first connecting pipe and a second connecting pipe, the horizontal section of the drainage pipe extends to a water and soil layer; and after the vertical section of the drainage pipe drains and drains underground water, the water head pressure of the underground water in the peripheral soil layer of the foundation pit is kept stable. According to the method, the water plugging effect is achieved by supporting the water plugging structure and plugging the piping leakage point position through grouting; the drainage pipe is adopted for overflowing and discharging the rising underground water, the water level of the underground water in the peripheral soil layer of the foundation pit can be well controlled to be in a stable state, water plugging and water discharging are combined, the underground foundation pit is kept in a water-free operation environment, the safety of the construction process is guaranteed, and the construction cost is reduced.
本申请提供了一种基坑支护的管涌处理结构,包括:以设定距离间隔设置在止水帷幕上的多个堵漏装置,且每个堵漏装置均安装在渗流量较大的管涌渗漏点位上,任意相邻的两个堵漏装置之间的多个渗流量较小的管涌渗漏点位进行封堵;每个堵漏装置均包括:L型的引流管;引流管的水平段延伸至水土层;引流管的竖直段引流排导地下水后保持基坑的外围土层的地下水的水头压力稳定。本申请中,通过支护堵水结构和注浆封堵管涌渗漏点位,实现堵水效果;采用引流管将上升后的地下水溢流排放,能比较好控制基坑的外围土层中的地下水的水位处于平稳状态,堵水和排水相结合,保持地下基坑处于无水作业环境,保证施工过程安全,降低工程造价。
