The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and particularly discloses a microbial interface agent for a post-cast strip and a preparation method and application of the microbial interface agent. The microbial interface agent disclosed by the invention is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 0.02 to 0.06 part of bacillus pasteurii bacterial liquid, 90 to 110 parts of cement raw stock with the water cement ratio of 0.4 to 0.5, 0.5 to 1 part of foaming agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of compatilizer, 0.2 to 0.5 part of calcium salt saturated solution and 0.03 to 0.07 part of aliphatic dihydric alcohol, the compatilizer is selected from one or more of lauryl sodium sulfate, cocamide and polyoxyethylene ether; the calcium salt saturated solution is selected from one or more of a calcium acetate solution, a calcium formate solution and a calcium hypophosphite solution. The invention also provides a preparation method of the microbial interface agent and an application process of the microbial interface agent in a post-cast strip. By utilizing the microbial interface agent provided by the invention, the bonding strength, anti-seepage performance and durability of new and old concrete can be effectively improved.
