The invention discloses a magnesium mineralized product-based microbial remediation agent and a preparation method and application thereof. The remediation agent takes cement as a shell and takes a mixture containing microbial powder, a magnesium raw material and an adjusting component as an inner core material; the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the microbial powder, the magnesium raw material and the adjusting component, uniformly stirring to obtain mixed powder, adding water, blending, extruding and granulating, and sieving the granules obtained by granulating to obtain the inner core material; and (2) spraying cement powder and water mist to the surface of the inner core material for powder coating granulation, and sieving after granulation is completed. The magnesium raw material is introduced into the microbial remediation agent, the magnesium carbonate hydrate is formed by using a microbial mineralization technology, the microbial remediation agent can be used for improving the remediation depth of concrete cracks and enhancing the filling effect, and the remediation performance is superior to that of the existing common microbial remediation agent of calcium carbonate mineralization products.
本发明公开了一种基于镁质矿化产物的微生物修复剂及制备方法和应用,修复剂以水泥为外壳,以包含微生物菌粉、镁质原料和调节组分的混合物为内芯材料;制备方法包括:(1)将微生物菌粉、镁质原料、调节组分混合,搅拌均匀成混合粉末,之后加水调和并进行挤压造粒,造粒完成后将造粒所得的颗粒过筛得内芯材料;(2)向内芯材料的表面喷洒水泥粉末和水雾进行裹粉造粒,造粒完成后过筛即得。本发明通过在微生物修复剂中引入镁质原料,利用微生物矿化技术形成碳酸镁水合物,能够用于提高混凝土裂缝的修复深度、增强填充效果,修复性能优于现有常见的碳酸钙矿化产物的微生物修复剂。
