The invention relates to the technical field of lightweight concrete, and particularly discloses a preparation method and application of highly anti-freezing hydrophobic functional foam concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding a coupling agent and a hydrogel raw material into a dispersion liquid of inorganic nanoparticles, and uniformly stirring to form a mixed liquid; and (2) adding an animal protein foaming agent into water, stirring to form a foamed substance, adding the mixed solution into the foamed substance, and continuously stirring. And adding a hydrophobic substance and a cross-linking agent capable of cross-linking the hydrogel raw material to form the hydrogel, and continuously whipping to obtain the modified foaming agent. And (3) uniformly mixing the modified foaming agent with cement-based slurry to obtain the foam concrete. According to the method, direct contact between the water repellent agent and the foam and the cement paste can be well avoided, so that the adverse effect of the water repellent agent on a foam mechanism and the hydration degree of the foam concrete is reduced.
本发明涉及轻质混凝土技术领域,具体公开一种高抗冻疏水功能化泡沫混凝土的制备方法及其应用。所述制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)在无机纳米粒子的分散液中加入偶联剂和水凝胶原料,搅拌均匀形成混合液。(2)将动物蛋白发泡剂加入水中进行打发形成泡沫状物质,然后在其中加入所述混合液并继续打发。完成后加入疏水物质与可使所述水凝胶原料交联形成水凝胶的交联剂并继续打发,得到改性发泡剂。(3)将所述改性发泡剂与水泥基浆料混合均匀,即得泡沫混凝土。本发明的上述方法能够很好地避免疏水剂与泡沫、水泥浆体的直接接触接触,从而减小了疏水剂对泡沫混凝土的泡沫机构与水化程度的不利影响。
