The invention relates to a hoisting method for a large-span steel structure reticulated shell roof. The hoisting method comprises the following steps: hoisting a steel stand column in the middle of a site; single-hoisting rotating devices are hoisted on the peripheral stand columns; manufacturing and installing a guide auxiliary ring frame; manufacturing a central annular reticulated shell; the central annular reticulated shell is hoisted, bolted and fixed; the radial main beam is hoisted, bolted and fixed; the arc reticulated shell units are hoisted, bolted and fixed; the hoisted reticulated shell is welded and fixed; manufacturing, hoisting and welding the centermost circular latticed shell; and finally, a reserved arc reticulated shell unit is manufactured, hoisted and welded. The hoisting device has the beneficial effects that the latticed shell structure is hoisted by the winch, so that the use of large machines such as crawler cranes is reduced, and the risk during construction is greatly reduced. And rotating shafts and sliding winches are additionally arranged on the central steel stand column and the peripheral stand columns, so that the lifting flexibility of the latticed shell structure can be improved.
