The invention discloses a large-span steel structure modular roof and a hoisting method thereof. The roof comprises a plurality of profile steel trusses extending in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of transverse steel pipes and inclined steel pipes are welded between every two adjacent profile steel trusses; a plurality of transverse purlines are vertically welded on an upper chord steel pipe of each profile steel truss; a roof panel of the roof is longitudinal and comprises a color steel plate and a light-transmitting sunlight plate; the color steel plates occupying most of the area of the roof are fixed to all the purlines through air nails, a light-transmitting belt is formed by a gap between every two adjacent daylighting plates, the light-transmitting belts are provided with sunlight plates in one-to-one correspondence, and each sunlight plate is placed on the side edge of the adjacent color steel plate and detachably connected with the placed color steel plate in a clamped mode. The method is characterized in that a color steel plate, a lighting system and a fire extinguishing system are integrated on a roof in advance and are integrally hoisted. The roof and the hoisting method can obviously reduce the workload of aloft work, and the hoisting process is safe and stable.
本发明公开一种大跨度钢结构模块化屋盖及其吊装方法,屋盖包括多榀沿纵向延伸的型钢桁架,每两榀相邻的型钢桁架之间焊接有多道横向钢管及斜向钢管;各榀型钢桁架的上弦钢管垂直焊接有多道横向的檩条;屋盖的屋面板为纵向,屋面板包括彩钢板和透光的阳光板;占据屋面大部分面积的彩钢板由气钉固定在各道檩条上,每两块相邻采光板的间隙形成一条透光带,每条透光带设有一一对应的阳光板,每根阳光板搁置在相邻彩钢板的侧边且阳光板与所搁置的彩钢板可拆式卡接;该方法的关键在于,提前将彩钢板、照明系统、消防系统整合在屋盖上,并对其整体吊装。该屋盖及吊装方法能明显降低高空作业工作量,且吊装过程安全稳定。
