The invention discloses a construction method for blocking a deep foundation pit tube well, which comprises the following steps that a sleeve extends into the tube well and is pre-buried in a raft foundation, a flange is fixed at the port of the sleeve, and the underground water level is monitored through a water pumping hole; the sleeve and the flange higher than the foundation elevation are cut; a first blind plate is fixed in the sleeve, and cement phosphoric acid water glass is poured above the first blind plate; a second blind plate is fixed in the sleeve, the second blind plate is located above the cement phosphoric acid water glass, and expansive concrete is poured above the second blind plate; and the flange is fixed above the expansive concrete through a bolt. The method has the beneficial effects that the sleeve and the flange can be directly pre-buried along with raft plate construction, the flange is fixedly connected through bolts in the later period, and the leakage risk caused by non-compact pouring in concrete post-pouring is avoided; after tube well plugging is completed, plugging can be completed by screwing the flange plate bolts, the construction technology is simple, and the cost is controllable.
本发明公开了一种深基坑管井封堵的施工方法,包括如下步骤:将套管伸入管井并预埋在筏板基础内,套管端口处固定有法兰,通过抽水孔对地下水位进行监测;将高于基础标高的套管及法兰进行切割;在套管内固定第一盲板,并在第一盲板上方灌注水泥磷酸水玻璃;在套管内固定第二盲板,第二盲板位于水泥磷酸水玻璃上方,在第二盲板上方灌注膨胀混凝土;将法兰通过螺栓固定在膨胀混凝土上方。本发明的有益效果:套管及法兰可随筏板施工时直接预埋,后期采用螺栓固定连接法兰,避免了混凝土后浇筑因浇筑不密实带来的渗漏风险;管井封堵完成后,扭紧法兰盘螺栓即可以完成封堵,施工工艺简单,成本可控。
