The invention provides a large-span steel structure roof unit intelligent assembly method and platform, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the mechanical analysis of a steel structure roof, splitting a structural unit into a plurality of types of steel structure roof units, and importing a corresponding three-dimensional model into a BIM control terminal of the intelligent assembly platform; further, the assembly sequence of various components in each steel structure roof unit category is designed, an assembly support comprising a plurality of rows of walking rails distributed at certain intervals from top to bottom is manufactured, the walking rails are used for mechanical arm walking to assemble and machine the components, and a program is written to complete the technological process of each steel structure roof unit category; and the operation sequence of the mechanical arm on the assembling support is designed, the mechanical arm is controlled by the BIM control terminal to complete assembling and machining of each steel structure roof unit on the assembling support, and then each steel structure roof unit is conveyed to a finished product area of the platform. According to the method, BIM control is combined, the steel structure roof units can be intelligently obtained, and the large-span steel structure roof can be conveniently assembled on site.
本发明提供一种大跨钢结构屋盖单元智能组装方法及平台,包括对钢结构屋盖进行力学分析和结构单元拆分成多种钢结构屋盖单元类别并将对应的三维模型导入智能组装平台的BIM控制终端,进而设计每一钢结构屋盖单元类别中各种构件的组装顺序,制作包括多排自上而下间隔一定距离分布的行走轨道的组装支架,行走轨道用于机械臂行走对构件进行组装及加工,编写程序完成每一钢结构屋盖单元类别的工艺工序,设计机械臂在组装支架上的作业顺序,通过BIM控制终端控制机械臂在组装支架上完成每一钢结构屋盖单元的组装及加工,完成后将每一钢结构屋盖单元运放到平台的成品区。本发明结合BIM控制,能够智能化获取钢结构屋盖单元,便于现场组装大跨钢结构屋盖。
