The invention provides a main truss, a corresponding greenhouse truss and a construction method of the main truss. The main truss comprises a top truss and two arch foot columns, and the two arch foot columns are symmetrically connected to the two transverse ends of the top truss; the arch foot columns comprise straight stand columns and butt joint frames, and the two butt joint frames are connected with the top truss to form an arch truss. The arch truss is divided into three sections, namely a top truss and two butt joint frames, each butt joint frame and each upright column are connected into an integral structure, namely an arch foot column, and the two arch foot columns and the top truss can be used for welding, assembling and forming rod pieces on the horizontal ground, so that the welding between the rod pieces is facilitated, the field gas shielded welding difficulty is reduced, and the welding reliability is ensured; only the butt joint needs to be welded in the air, and installation is easy; the top ends of the upright columns deviate to the top truss, and the distance between the inner side faces and the outer side faces is gradually reduced, so that stress of the upright columns is gradually concentrated to the joints of the bottoms of the upright columns and the main supports, and stability and reliability of the whole main truss are improved.
本发明提供一种主桁架、对应的大棚桁架及其施工方法。主桁架包括顶桁架和两个拱脚柱,两个拱脚柱对称连接在顶桁架的横向两端;拱脚柱包括直立柱及对接架,两个对接架与顶桁架连接呈拱形桁架。拱形桁架分解为三段,顶桁架及两个对接架,各对接架与各直立柱连接为一个整体结构即拱脚柱,两个拱脚柱与顶桁架可以各自在水平地面上对杆件进行焊接组装成型,利于杆件之间的焊接,降低了现场气保焊难度,保证焊接的可靠性;仅需要在高空中对对接处进行焊接,易于安装;直立柱的顶端偏向顶桁架,内侧面与外侧面之间的距离逐渐缩小,使得直立柱的受力逐渐集中到其底部与主支座的连接处,提高整个主桁架的稳定性和可靠性。
