The invention provides a fiber-reinforced alkali slag cemented coal gangue material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The fiber-reinforced alkali slag cemented coal gangue material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of coal gangue powder, 50 to 60 parts of fly ash, 8 to 12 parts of slag, 1 to 3 parts of alkali activator, 0.4 to 0.6 part of polypropylene fiber and 30 to 50 parts of water. The coal gangue, the slag and the fly ash are mixed, the binding power of an aggregate interface is improved by utilizing an alkali excitation principle, a pozzolanic effect of the slag and a microcrystal nucleus effect, and meanwhile, a dense filling structure and a mesoscopic-level self-close packing system are formed through a micro-aggregate filling effect of the fly ash. The obtained fiber-reinforced alkali slag cemented coal gangue material has high compressive strength and is environment-friendly.
本发明提供了一种纤维强化碱矿渣胶结煤矸石材料、其制备方法及应用。按重量份计,该纤维强化碱矿渣胶结煤矸石材料由30~40份的煤矸石粉、50~60份的粉煤灰、8~12份的矿渣、1~3份的碱激发剂、0.4~0.6份的聚丙烯纤维以及30~50份的水组成。本发明将煤矸石、矿渣与粉煤灰混合,利用碱激发原理、矿渣的火山灰效应与微晶核效应提高了集料界面粘结力,同时通过粉煤灰的微集料充填效应,形成了密实充填结构和细观层次的自紧密堆积体系。所得纤维强化碱矿渣胶结煤矸石材料抗压强度高且环境友好。
