Alkali-activated coal gangue as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides alkali-activated coal gangue as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreating coal gangue and slag, and mixing to obtain a mixture; uniformly stirring and mixing the mixture and a NaOH aqueous solution to obtain alkali-activated coal gangue; wherein the mass ratio of NaOH in the NaOH aqueous solution to the mixture is (0.01-0.05): (1-1.5). The roadbed filler (alkali-activated coal gangue) is prepared by utilizing polluting industrial mineral wastes, namely coal gangue and slag, and the roadbed filler with higher strength can be obtained by fully utilizing the cementing effect generated by mixing the coal gangue and the slag while harmlessness of the coal gangue is realized. Therefore, the treatment cost of industrial waste is reduced, effective resources are fully utilized, the occupied area of waste accumulation is saved, and the engineering cost of roadbed construction is reduced.
本发明提供了一种碱激发煤矸石、其制备方法及应用。其中,制备方法包括:将煤矸石与矿渣进行预处理,混合,得到混合料;将混合料与NaOH水溶液进行搅拌混匀,得到碱激发煤矸石;其中,NaOH水溶液中的NaOH与混合料的质量比为0.01‑0.05:1‑1.5。利用具有污染性的工业矿物废物——煤矸石和矿渣进行路基填料(碱激发煤矸石)的制备,能够在无害化煤矸石的同时,充分利用二者混合能够产生的胶结作用,得到具有较大强度的路基填料。这不仅降低了工业废物的处理成本,还充分利用了有效资源,节约了废物堆积的占地面积,又降低了路基建设的工程成本。
