The invention relates to a prefabricated floating slab with height adjusting and limiting functions and an application method thereof.The prefabricated floating slab is provided with a height adjusting structure, the height adjusting structure comprises a pre-buried sleeve, a height adjusting screw and supporting feet, the pre-buried sleeve is pre-buried in the prefabricated floating slab, internal threads are arranged in the pre-buried sleeve, and the height adjusting screw is arranged in the pre-buried sleeve; the height adjusting screw rod is provided with an external thread matched with the internal thread of the prefabricated sleeve, the height adjusting screw rod is connected with the embedded sleeve through matching of the internal thread and the external thread, the supporting leg is arranged at the bottom of the height adjusting screw rod, and the supporting leg can ascend and descend through rotation of the height adjusting screw rod in the embedded sleeve. The method has the advantages that the prefabricated floating slab can be jacked and floated without a jack, the construction speed is increased, the jacking efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the jacking precision can be ensured; when the vibration isolator fails, the floating slab can be supported through the height adjusting device, the temporary limiting effect is achieved, and stable traveling is ensured.
