Water blocking plates are fixedly connected to the two sides of the road body; a filter plate is fixedly connected between the water blocking plate and the side wall of the road body; multiple groups of support columns are arranged at the top end of the filter plate; filtering holes are formed in the top end of the filtering plate and between the pair of supporting columns; a plurality of groups of first sliding grooves are formed in the top end of the filter plate; the supporting column is slidably connected to the interior of the first sliding groove. The first sliding groove and the supporting column are connected through a first spring. By means of the protrusions of the supporting columns, the situation that the filtering holes are blocked by impurities in water flow, water accumulation is caused, and potential safety hazards are caused to passing vehicles in the running process can be reduced, meanwhile, the distance between the filtering plate and the bottom of the water blocking plate can facilitate water flow permeation, and water accumulation is further reduced.
