The invention discloses an asphalt mixture with bagasse ash instead of mineral powder and a preparation method of the asphalt mixture. The asphalt mixture mainly comprises the following components: 90-100 parts of aggregate, 4-4.6 parts of asphalt and 3-6 parts of filler. Wherein the filler contains 10%-50% or more of bagasse ash. A preparation process of the mixture comprises the following steps: S1, squeezing sugarcane to obtain bagasse; s2, combusting the bagasse at a high temperature, and crushing, grinding, screening and drying waste residues to obtain bagasse ash; s3, the bagasse ash and the mineral powder are mixed according to the mass proportion; and S4, forming a sample according to the mass ratio of each component of the asphalt mixture. The invention provides a method for preparing the asphalt mixture by partially or completely replacing limestone mineral powder with bagasse ash, so that the recycling of waste bagasse is realized, the water stability and strength of the mixture are obviously improved, the exploitation of natural filler is effectively reduced, the engineering cost is reduced, and the method has a wide application prospect.
一种甘蔗渣灰代替矿粉的沥青混合料及其制备方法,沥青混合料主要组成包括:集料90‑100份,沥青4‑4.6份,填料3‑6份。其中,填料含有10%‑50%以上的甘蔗渣灰。所述混合料的制备过程包括:S1:榨干甘蔗,获得甘蔗渣;S2:高温燃烧甘蔗渣,并对废渣进行破碎、研磨、筛分、干燥,获得甘蔗渣灰;S3:按照质量比例将甘蔗渣灰与矿粉进行混合;S4:按照沥青混合料各组成的质量占比成型试样。本发明提出以甘蔗渣灰部分或完全取代石灰石矿粉制备沥青混合料的方法,既实现了对废弃甘蔗渣的再利用,又明显提升了混合料的水稳定性能和强度,还有效降低天然填料的开采,降低了工程成本,具备广阔的应用前景。
