Construction method for vibrating and tamping backfill soil of foundation pit fat groove
The construction method comprises the steps that steel plates are welded into a hollow steel shell, counterweight concrete is poured into the steel shell from an upper opening to form a rammer part, and a top steel plate is welded to seal the upper opening; the lower end of a steel long handle is welded to a rammer part top steel plate; the upper end of the steel long handle is fixed to the bottom of a vibratory hammer, so that the tamping device is assembled; the crane enters the field and is in place, and a steel wire rope penetrates through a vibratory hammer lifting lug to lift the tamping device to be inserted into a fertilizer groove for operation; the pond muck is shoveled and conveyed to a fertilizer groove through a backhoe excavator, laying and backfilling are conducted in a layered mode, and backfill soil is leveled through a bucket of the excavator; when a layer of pond muck is backfilled every time, the vibratory hammer is started to vibrate at high frequency, and the generated exciting force is transmitted to the layer of pond muck which is just backfilled through the steel long handle and the rammer part, so that the layer of pond muck is rammed and compacted. According to the method, workers do not need to enter the groove for operation, the tamping effect is good, and construction efficiency is high.
本发明公开一种将基坑肥槽回填土振动夯实的施工方法,其步骤包括:将钢板焊接成中空钢质壳体,从上开口向钢质壳体内灌注配重混凝土以形成夯锤部,并焊接顶钢板封住上开口;将一根钢制长柄下端与夯锤部顶钢板焊接;将该钢质长柄上端与一个振动锤底部固定,以装配成夯实装置;吊机进场就位,利用钢丝绳穿过振动锤吊耳吊起夯实装置准备将其插入肥槽作业;利用反铲挖机将塘渣土铲送至肥槽,分层铺设回填,并用挖机铲斗平整回填土;每回填一层塘渣土,就启动振动锤高频振动,由此产生的激振力经钢质长柄和夯锤部传递给刚回填的一层塘渣土,将其夯击压实。该方法无需工人下槽作业,夯实效果好,施工效率高。
