The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of building materials, in particular to a ready-mixed mortar mixture for buildings and a preparation method of the ready-mixed mortar mixture. The premixed mortar mixture for the building is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 650 to 700 parts of cement, 500 parts of coarse aggregate, 600 to 650 parts of fine aggregate, 120 to 140 parts of phase change fiber, 120 to 140 parts of heat conduction fiber, 140 to 150 parts of anti-cracking auxiliary material and 8 to 10 parts of water reducing agent. The phase change material and the heat conduction material are effectively combined with polyacrylonitrile to obtain the phase change fiber with the phase change function and the heat conduction fiber with the heat conduction function, and the phase change fiber and the heat conduction fiber are jointly used in the premixed mortar mixture, so that the defect of concrete cracks caused by temperature change can be effectively prevented; meanwhile, high-quantity addition of the phase-change material and the heat-conducting material is realized, and the overall mechanical property of the concrete is not influenced.
本发明涉及建筑材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种建筑用预拌砂浆混合料及其制备方法。建筑用预拌砂浆混合料由如下重量份数的原料制成:水泥650‑700份,粗骨料500份,细骨料600‑650份,相变纤维120‑140份,导热纤维120‑140份,防裂辅料140‑150份,减水剂8‑10份。本发明将相变材料、导热材料分别与聚丙烯腈进行有效的结合,获得具有相变功能的相变纤维,以及具有导热功能的导热纤维,将其二者共同用于预拌砂浆混合料中,能够有效预防因温度变化导致的混凝土裂纹的缺陷,同时实现相变材料、导热材料的高量添加,不影响混凝土的整体力学性能。
