The railway track reinforcing device comprises a plurality of transverse lifting beams arranged in the length direction of steel rails at intervals, and the two ends of each transverse lifting beam are fixed to profile steel longitudinal beams located on the opposite sides of the two steel rails correspondingly; two mounting seats and two transverse limiting structures are arranged on the top faces of the transverse lifting beams, the two mounting seats and the two transverse limiting structures located on the same transverse lifting beam are evenly arranged on the opposite sides of the two steel rails, and the transverse limiting structures are located between the mounting seats and the steel rails on the same side and can stretch out and draw back in the width direction of the steel rails. The transverse limiting structures are detachably connected with the corresponding mounting seats; the transverse lifting beams are arranged between the two adjacent sleepers, and the transverse limiting structures abut against rail grooves in the outer sides of the corresponding steel rails; or the transverse lifting beam is located below one sleeper, and each transverse limiting structure abuts against the end face of the corresponding sleeper, so that the assembly process is simplified, and the working efficiency is improved.
