The invention relates to a keel combined type prefabricated wallboard mounting device and a construction method thereof, the device comprises a climbing device, a suspension device, a hanging device, an embedding device and a butt joint device, the top of a prefabricated wall body is provided with a lifting hook, and the inner side face of the prefabricated wall body is provided with a slot piece and a hook; the climbing device comprises a guide rail which is vertically mounted on the main body structure on the lower side; the hanging device is mounted on the guide rail and can slide along the guide rail; the slot piece is matched with the hanging device, and the slot piece and the hanging device can be clamped to form linkage; the suspension device comprises a steel wire rope connected with the lifting hook; the butt joint device comprises a connection claw which is used for being connected with the hook. The pre-embedded device is mounted on the main body structure on the upper side through a cushion block; and the connection claw can pull the prefabricated wall body to a position corresponding to the pre-embedded device. By means of the method, it can be guaranteed that perpendicularity deviation cannot be generated in the hoisting process of the prefabricated wall, the operation difficulty of constructors is lowered, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction time and cost are saved.
本发明涉及一种龙骨组合式预制墙板安装装置及其施工方法,该装置包括爬升装置、悬挂装置、挂靠装置、预埋装置以及对接装置,预制墙体的顶部设有吊钩,内侧面分别设有插槽件和挂钩;爬升装置包括竖向安装于位于下侧的主体结构上的导轨;挂靠装置安装于导轨上,并能够沿导轨滑动;插槽件与挂靠装置匹配,二者能够卡合并形成联动;悬挂装置包括钢丝绳,钢丝绳用于与吊钩连接;对接装置包括接驳爪,接驳爪用于与挂钩连接;预埋装置通过垫块安装于位于上侧的主体结构上;接驳爪能够拉动预制墙体至与预埋装置对应的位置处。本发明能够确保预制墙体在吊装过程中不会产生垂直度偏移,且降低了施工人员的操作难度,提高了施工效率,节约了施工时间和成本。
