After the PHC pipe pile is set, the PHC pipe pile is pressed into the cement mixing pile in a static pressure mode, cement mortar is prepared, the cement mortar is injected into the PVC waterproof geotechnical cloth bag at the bottom of the pile through a grouting pipe, and a cement mortar consolidation body is formed through hardening. And finally, grouting is conducted on the pile bottom through a high-pressure grouting pump, and bottom expanding forming is conducted.
