The integrated high-capacity parking method comprises the following steps: determining a specified parking space in a parking unit; a mechanical vehicle carrying platform is moved in the first type direction, so that an exchange neutral position is formed in the parking unit where the mechanical vehicle carrying platform is located, and the exchange neutral position forms a channel for communicating the designated parking space with the exterior of the parking unit; the vehicle parked on the designated parking space is driven away from the designated parking space in the second type direction and driven out of the parking unit; and/or the vehicle is driven into the designated parking space from the outside of the parking unit along the second type direction. The invention further provides a parking space and a building.
