PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a building with a parking space capable of facilitating the entrance and exit of a vehicle without any need of troublesome operation even when a frontal road is narrow.SOLUTION: As a corner wall 45 located at an opening 36A side in an inner garage 36 is formed to be a curved shape by an R-shaped wall part 42, a corner part of the corner wall 45 does not exist. Accordingly, when a vehicle S is caused to enter into the inner garage 36 by drawing an arc from a frontal road 18, the corner part of the corner wall 45 does not interfere with the vehicle S, thereby facilitating a steering operation of the vehicle S. Thus, it is made to facilitate an entrance/exit of the vehicle S at the inner garage 36 even in the case that the frontal road 18 is narrow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】前面道路が狭くても、面倒な操作を必要とすることなく、車両の入出庫を容易にすることができる駐車スペース付建物を得る。【解決手段】インナガレージ３６の開口３６Ａ側に位置するコーナー壁４５がＲ状壁部４２により湾曲状に形成されているため、コーナー壁４５の角部は存在しない。このため、前面道路１８から弧を描くようにして車両Ｓをインナガレージ３６に入庫させる場合でも、当該コーナー壁４５の角部に車両Ｓが干渉することはなく、車両Ｓのステアリングの操作が容易になる。つまり、前面道路１８が狭くても、インナガレージ３６において車両Ｓの入出庫を容易にすることができる。【選択図】図２
