Barium titanate nanorod array coating and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a barium titanate nanorod array coating and a preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a microporous titanium dioxide coating containing calcium and phosphorus through a micro-arc oxidation process; and performing in-situ growth of the barium titanate nanorod array coating on the surface of the TiO2 coating through a one-step hydrothermal reaction. Along with the increase of the hydrothermal treatment time, the diameter of the barium titanate nanorod becomes wider, and the length becomes longer. The preparation method is simple in synthesis process, stable in process and high in controllability.
本发明提供了一种钛酸钡纳米棒阵列化涂层及制备方法,首先通过微弧氧化工艺制备得到含钙、磷的多微孔二氧化钛涂层。随后通过一步水热反应,在TiO2涂层表面原位生长出钛酸钡纳米棒阵列化涂层。随着水热处理时间的增加,钛酸钡纳米棒的直径变宽、长度变长。该制备方法合成过程简单、工艺稳定且可控性强。
