The present invention is provided with: an interphone sub-machine (10) which is disposed around a business office (110), acquires face image data and voice data of a deliveryman (60), and outputs voice; an electronic lock (30) which is arranged on a door (113) of the business room (110); and a server (50) that acquires facial image data of the deliveryman (60) from the interphone sub-device (10), performs facial authentication of the deliveryman (60), causes the interphone sub-device (10) to output voice guidance to the deliveryman (60), acquires voice data of a response of the deliveryman (60) to the voice guidance, performs voice response authentication of the deliveryman (60) on the basis of the acquired voice data of the response, and transmits the voice response authentication to the deliveryman (60) on the basis of the acquired voice data of the response. When the face authentication is successful and the voice response authentication is successful, the electronic lock (30) is unlocked.
