PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable acquisition of key data using the Internet.SOLUTION: An access management system includes: a management server for granting access right to a service provider terminal; the Internet; and a control device disposed in a sharing section of a building so as to monitor gate information of the building. The gate information includes prescribed key data capable of opening at least a gate. The control device acquires the gate information, and the gate information is transmitted to the management server via the Internet. The management server stores the acquired gate information as non-disclosed information in a storage section. The service provider terminal is capable of accessing the non-disclosed information at the management server via the Internet and acquiring the gate information from the management server.
