PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user having valid authority from taking out confidential information to the outside.SOLUTION: A user communicates with an access control device by, for example, holding a storage medium over the device, and enters a room when an entrance gate is unlocked. An electronic apparatus is installed in the room and the user works using the electronic apparatus. When the user performs illegal operation on the electronic apparatus, the electronic apparatus writes illegality detection information into the storage medium of the user. When the user holds the storage medium over the access control device at a time of an exit from the room, an exit control device unlocks an exit gate. However, in a case where the illegality detection information is stored in the storage medium of the user, the exit control device does not unlock the exit gate and maintains a locked state. Consequently, the user, who has performed the illegal operation, is disabled from going outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】正当な権限を有する利用者による機密情報の外部への持ち出しを防止する。【解決手段】利用者は記憶媒体をかざすなどして入室制御装置と通信し、入口ゲートが解錠されると部屋に入室する。部屋には電子機器が設置されており、利用者は電子機器を操作して作業を行う。ここで、利用者が電子機器に対して不正操作を行うと、電子機器は利用者の記憶媒体に不正検出情報を書き込む。利用者が退室する際に記憶媒体をかざすと、退室制御装置は出口ゲートを解錠する。但し、退室制御装置は、利用者の記憶媒体に不正検出情報が記憶されている場合には、出口ゲートを解錠せず、施錠状態を維持する。よって、不正操作を行った利用者は外部に出ることができなくなる。【選択図】図４
