Antirust steel slag asphalt concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses rust-proof steel slag asphalt concrete and a preparation method thereof. The rust-proof steel slag asphalt concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-6 parts of SBS modified asphalt; 45-50 parts of steel slag; 36 to 39 parts of limestone; 3 parts of mineral powder; and 4.2 to 5.5 parts of an organic silicon agent. The organic silicon agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of acrylic silicon resin; 10 parts of methyl benzene; and 1.1 parts of a foam permeation agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: covering the organosilicon agent on the surface of the steel slag by using an ultrasonic cleaning machine, and curing at 180 DEG C; after curing is completed, stirring and mixing with limestone to obtain a dry mixture; and putting the dry mixture and asphalt into a preheated stirring pot, stirring for 2 minutes, adding mineral powder, and continuously stirring for 90 seconds to obtain the anti-rust steel slag asphalt concrete. The anti-rust steel slag asphalt mixture prepared by the method is good in volume stability and obvious in surface anti-rust effect.
